PEMANFAATAN PUSAT SUMBER BELAJAR (PSB) DIGITAL UNTUK INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN Utilization of Digital Learning Resource Center (LRC) for Learning Innovation

Abstract
This research is intended to find the general pattern of management and utilization of digital or ICT-based learning resource center (LRC) in schools. The research problems are: 1) how the availability and general condition of LRC in schools is; 2) how the pattern of management and utilization of LRC in schools is; 3) how the implementation of LRC in developing ICT-based learning innovations is. This research applies descriptive method. Data collecting is through online survey, which is continued by data deepening through written testimonial. Respondents are 279 participants of online LRC technical assistance. Data collection is carried out from February to May 2020. The data is analyzed with comparative statistics technique, which is, then, followed by data deepening through the written testimonials from the respondents. The result shows three important findings: 1) most schools have not had adequate LRC facilities, in fact, 20% of the respondents state that their schools have not had PSB service at all; 2) in some of the schools that have got LRC facilities, there are four management patterns: a) mobile equipment, b) mobile class, c) local network class, and d) internet connected class; and 3) implementation of LRC in developing learning innovation has been done, even though still in limited number. It is necessary to carry out further development research as well as to encourage the accelerated growth of the availability of LRC in schools. Socialization, training, technical assistance, and policy support to encourage the use of digital LRC to develop learning innovations still have to be done continuously.
